This is a beautiful flower mantis that exhibits striking markings and deimatic (startle) display.

Note: special care is required for all flower mantises, so they are not recommended for beginners.

Spray their enclosure twice a day (but not directly on the mantis) and ensure that their diet consists mostly of flies. Maintaining stable temperature and humidity is important, so a thermometer-hygrometer combo is a must. If using a bioactive enclosure, consider adding moss to retain humidity.
